I’m definitely an overpacker when travelling. I like to be prepared for anything – especially now with two energetic boys – which includes bringing certain fundamental supplements and a kit of first aid remedies. The remedies that I pack will differ depending on where we’re going and the possible health issues we may encounter: for example, sunburn treatments on a trip to the beach.
